Got confused about the choice of splashback to buy. I asked for advice from customer service, and wow, I can give 5 stars, even stars in the sky, lol. The customer service gave some suggestions, and my choice fell to the liquid grey splashback. Not only that, I was informed about the ordering process and the progress of my order until it arrived. It was really helpful. They were friendly, and the communication was smooth.
